December 2022 to July 2026
The first version: one hand-written HTML page with a stylesheet and a little JavaScript. Every section and every project was typed into the same file.
It loaded fast and did the job. But every change meant editing the markup by hand, and anything structural was a slog. I rebuilt it so that each piece of text lives in one place.
July 2026 to October 2026
A rebuild in Next.js, in English and German. It opens with a terminal that boots the site, then a field of stars, and reads as sections: about, skills, experience, projects, testimonials, contact.
It worked, but it read like a list and looked like a template. I wanted a page that makes one argument, from an introduction through to a conclusion.
For a few weeks in September 2026 there was also an alternative design built around sensors and instruments. I dropped it: my work is AI and software, not hardware. It never had a number.
How it was builtSince October 2026
The home page as a research paper. It asks one question, what it takes to move AI from proof of concept to production, and answers it chapter by chapter, with a stack of pages in 3D carried through the scroll.
